We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags).  

Anything purchased now until December 31st can be returned until January 30th, 2022.

Does not include final sale items.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Enter your order number and billing zip code.
  2. You will be presented with your order history. Just select the product you wish to return.
  3. Select a reason for the return and we will give you options for a direct exchange or full refund.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each item you wish to return.
  5. Review and verify your selections and submit your return.
  6. After digitally submitting your return, you will be presented with 2 options on how to return your item(s).
    1. Return your item(s) in-person at a Happy Returns Location.

      Click HERE to find a Happy Returns Location near you.
      Bring the item(s) you wish to return. That’s it! No box or receipt required.
      You will receive an immediate refund.

    2. Return your item(s) by Mail

      Print out the return shipping label and affix it to the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original tags).

      Once your return is received and scanned via mail, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). Final Sale items cannot be returned. We currently do not offer exchanges internationally. Please email customercare@outerknown.com to start the return process.

Please note, duties and VAT are not refundable, and international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

S.E.A. JEANS WARRANTY

If you’re looking to replace your S.E.A. JEANS because of a manufacturing or material issue, please follow the steps below. Find warranty details here. International customers, please email customercare@outerknown.com.

  1. Start the replacement process here: https://returns.outerknown.com
  2. Enter your order number and billing zip code.*
  3. Find the product you wish to return.
  4. Select “S.E.A. JEANS Warranty”.
  5. Wash and drop your S.E.A. JEANS at a Happy Returns Location OR print out a prepaid return shipping label. 
  6. Once received, we’ll ship out your replacement pair!
